Elco Steel is a certified Drug Free Workplace by the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation. A copy of our safety policies and procedures manual is available upon request.
SAFETY:
- We follow all state and federal compliance regulations and are familiar with OSHA Sub-Part R with extensive training. Elco Steel quickly corrects or otherwise does not employ unsafe personal.
- Pre-job planning and safety meetings are common practice with our company and can happen at any time during a shift.
- We do not allow disruptions in production due to incompetent personal and practice a high balance of production speed with our safe work practices, training, and communications with all involved in the operation. OSHA Sub-Part M observed.
